Day 3 since getting my positive COVID Test. I am feeling much better, but my clogged left nasal sinus is still there but sometimes I can breathe freely with it. There’s no more runny nose. Dry cough is still there. Body aches and pain still there. I did some stretching and some diaphragmatic breathing exercises. The scratchy and sore throat is slightly better maybe thanks to Bactidol. (Thanks Theara Canete for giving me).
My appetite still present (thanks God) and I am always hungry maybe because of the azithro and all the vitamins. I want to thank Liyang’s Kitchen and Sisig ni Marjo for delivering food as I can’t cook because I am still isolated inside our room.
I have to be isolated here for 10 days. So, seven days more to go!! Let’s go!! Kick this COVID out of here!!
